We are seeking a Chinese speaking assistant to join our Accounts team with following responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a busy professional or executive.

· Your primary objective will be to assist in managing their day-to-day activities efficiently and effectively, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Requirements:

· Preferably with experience in similar role.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· English & Chinese Language is a must.

· Maintain the confidentiality in all dealings.
