Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and understanding their unique financial needs.
• Conduct financial assessments to identify opportunities for clients to optimize their banking experience and achieve their financial objectives.
• Offer expert advice on a wide range of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, investments, and insurance.
