Beauty Advisor
1) Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
2) Handling customers queries and issues.
3) Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
4) Sell health and wellness products (all non-medicines) in accordance with customer service standards and professional selling skills.
5) Drive top line sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional Selling Skills.
6) Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
7) Develop a repeat-business customer base to regularly communicate upcoming events, new range receipts and promotions to achieve incremental sales.
8) Ensure proper presentation, storing, and replenishment of stock.
9) Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
10) Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
11) Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and return to vendors (RTVs).
12) Ensure customer satisfaction: deliver a clean, neat and easy-to-shop store environment.
13) Meeting sales targets and submitting reports.
14) Attend product training classes and seminars.
15) Explain and demonstrate use of the products through actual application
