3. Establishing strong network communication with stakeholders.
4. Identifying clashes or conflicts in the design.
5. Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.
6. Quantity take-off and cost estimation using BIM.
7. Reviewing the quality of BIM models, and more.
8. Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve potential clashes in BIM projects.
9. Working in various construction environments, such as residential, educational, commercial, etc.
10. Coordinating project delivery timelines with the project team, and more.
