· Design and prepare detailed electronic working plans, charts and/or scale drawings for complex projects from observation, measurements, sketches, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit software.
· Interface with departmental personnel to obtain details of equipment and materials requirements.
· Prepare electronic layouts, charts, detailed scale drawings, and material and equipment requirements from sketches, specifications, and standard layouts provided by customers, consultants, and/or departmental contacts; review and manipulate electronic file received from consultants and departmental contacts.
· Revise computer-aided designs and plans to comply with modified specifications made during actual construction.
· Provide technical guidance and direction in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements and the procurement and use of AutoCAD/Revit files.
· Identify dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, materials, etc.
· Prepare detailed list of construction documents, maintain Revit Structure and AutoCAD Standards Study design briefs and determine requirements
· Schedule projects and define budget constraints
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
· Test graphics across various media
· Amend designs after feedback
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
· Produce short videos for Social Media
