Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and DHA-licensed Dietitian to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on promoting preventive care and supporting patients in adopting healthier lifestyles through evidence-based nutrition strategies. The successful candidate will deliver individualized consultations, wellness education, and collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes in a holistic care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed nutritional assessments and design personalized wellness and dietary plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling focused on weight management, metabolic health, and chronic disease prevention.
- Lead workshops and wellness programs to educate patients on balanced nutrition and lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals in developing integrated wellness plans.
- Ensure documentation complies with DHA regulations and organizational standards.
- Contribute to the development of nutrition-focused materials and health campaigns.
- Stay up to date with current guidelines and research in nutrition science and wellness practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Valid DHA license as a Clinical Dietitian or Nutritionist (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a wellness, outpatient, or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with culturally diverse dietary practices and health education techniques.
- Training in motivational interviewing, health coaching, or behavioral change models is a plus.
Salary: 12,000 AED (depending on experience)
