Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for growing the company's online website/presence and other platforms such as amazon, Noon etc.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Playing a key role in handling customer operations.
  • Establishing performance goals for direct-to-consumer business, all E-com platforms website and digital channels.
  • Creating, updating, and managing performance forecasts and marketing budgets.
  • Developing and leading short and long-term eCommerce strategies to grow revenue and increase conversion rate.
  • Identifying and planning for website enhancements, digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, and merchandizing strategies.
  • Be accountable for e-commerce, email, and SEO initiatives.
  • Organize logistics/transportation activities, including storage of goods, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
  • Assist the website and digital marketing team.
  • Register, distribute and monitor tasks of website development, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing.
  • Effectively communicate with Technical Support, Developers, and Designer for any improvement.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Analyze all new online business opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budget, scheduling of expenditures & controlling of costs, analysis of variances and initiate corrective action.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Prepare the list of fast-moving products and ensure their availability.
  • Handle customer enquiries/complaints through online customer support chat(online chat).
  • Receive the order from customers through phone and place it on the system.
  • Monitor the out-of-stock reports and communicate it to the concerned department.
  • Supervise everyday working of department operating process and identify ways to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps are taken to prevent loss of business/revenue.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on daily basis.
  • Any other relevant task as assigned.
