Requirements:
Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
Provides leadership, support, and guidance Training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency
A computer science or programming degree (or a degree in a similar field) Working knowledge of different e-commerce portals and managing listing, add new categories/products on Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces.
Exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, critical thinking abilities and the ability to analyze problems and create solutions. Creative skills to come up with work arounds preferably experience or knowledge about e-commerce platforms.
