Requirements:

  • Knowledge in accounting and finance
  • Experience of 3 years or more
  • Higher education (finance accounting commerce IT)
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of ERP application, data flow, and accounting entries
  • Understands business terminology of trading, distribution, construction and contracting will be a plus point
  • Should be capable of maintaining and supporting ERP custom extension modules
  • Should be capable of customer support and training
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop effective cooperation
  • Personal qualities: communicative, have a high level of personal responsibility, ability to self-manage
  • UAE driving license is preferred
  • Ability to join immediately

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Implementation of FirstBIT ERP module to customers
  • Preparing and demonstrations the FirstBIT ERP module for clients
  • Customer support (consulting, answering questions, and helping to work with the system)
  • Assistance with product sales (as a technical expert);
