Job Description

Homecare Nurses with DHA License

Identify patient’s care requirements, and set a schedule to meet the patient's needs.
Assist patients with personal care and hygiene.
Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
Report on patients’ needs or problems.
Perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature, provide drugs and injections, etc).
Daily Monitor and record patient’s condition
Report back to the physician.
Be Flexible for any medical emergencies.
Follow care regulations and standards set by Lifeline healthcare group
