To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.
To conduct inspections for Bars/Restaurants and Receiving to ensure City Municipality regulations are being adhered to HACCP.
Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.
Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines Complete and provides regular internal audit reports.
To coordinate with concerned departments in day-to-day activities or Guidelines as per compliant with HACCP.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the same field in Dubai
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
High Planning and Organizing, Communication, PC literate, Presentation, Report Writing Positive attitude and good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
