Experienced Life Insurance Administration Officer – New Business Processing Dept.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Life Insurance department.
Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of the life insurance products we distribute and following our internal /external policies and procedures.
What will you be doing:
- Handle and resolve life insurance queries raised by financial advisers and customers
- Evaluate new business and servicing applications
- Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation
- Maintain client and policy data in our internal system
- Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with
- Coordinate with our compliance department when required
- Demonstrate a “can do” and professional attitude
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry
- Familiar with life insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processes
- Must be a team player and use their initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
