Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital – Dubai is looking for Medical Coordinators to join our expanding team!
The position is responsible for the following:
1. Greeting and attending to patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
2. Confirming patient appointments and offer alternatives for cancellation and rescheduling requests.
3. Coordinating with different departments assuring positive patient experience.
4. Ensure proper patient flow for better operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of patient service experience in a hospital setting preferably in the UAE.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
