We are looking for an Medical Secretary who is energetic, well organized, good in verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, detailed-oriented, trustworthy with confidential and personal information, providing the highest level secretarial and administrative support for the Chairman with 5 to 7 years’ experience especially from Insurance / Healthcare sector.
Educational Qualification:
•Bachelor’s Degree holder in any stream
Additional Requirements :
•Minimum 5-7 years experience in UAE, having an additional qualification in Secretarial practice especially from Insurance / HealthCare sector is an added advantage
•Good command over spoken / written English

•The ideal candidate should be detailed-oriented, diligent administrative professional with experience in finance specifically in insurance industry.
•The ideal candidate will assist executives and managers on multiple organizational levels.
•He / She will manage multiple schedules and maintain communication across teams.

•He / She should also be driven and focused with proven excellence in written and oral communications.
•He / She should be able to manage schedules and itineraries, coordinate and arrange meetings completion of action items listed in MOM.
•He / She should be able to manage international travel for the Chairman.
•The ideal candidate should be resourceful and a independent problem-solver.
•He / She should provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman, prepare correspondence, documents and presentations.
•He / She should be well versed to liaised with Senior Management, Clients and external partners.
