Position title- MEP Multi Skilled

MEP- (Mechanical HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Technician

RESPONSIBILITY

• Installing, maintaining and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.

Requirements:

• UAE Driving License.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complains.
• Maintenance experience in HVAC, Electricity, Plumbery.
• High School Diploma/Bachelors or equivalent qualification.
• Certification for HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician and any relevant filed is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Advance understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Detail Oriented
• Can work under pressure
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
