Qualification: Computer Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in End User Support
Expertise
i. M365 Support for all modules
ii. End User Configuration i.e., Outlook, OneDrive etc.
iii. Operating Systems: Windows 10-11
iv. Good command on End User Machine Troubleshooting
v. Able to resolve Domain and AD issues
vi. Have experience in Ticket Handling and Logging
Plus: M365 configuration
