Operation Manager- Security Guard

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Develop new contract and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with SIRA regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
• Monitor and analyze security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control, and alarms.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SIRA standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and updates to SIRA regulations.

What we are looking for:

• SIRA Certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in security management as a Security Manager or similar role.
• Physical fitness and ability to participate in emergency response activities.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with the latest security technologies and tools.
