Outsystem Developer

We seek a skilled and experienced OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining OutSystems applications that meet our organisation's and clients' needs. The OutSystems Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement OutSystems solutions that meet project objectives.
• Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure effective collaboration in the development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Customize and extend OutSystems applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems, databases, and APIs.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security meet industry standards.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on OutSystems applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the OutSystems platform and development best practices.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with database design and integration, especially with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• OutSystems certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Previous experience working in the UAE or the Middle East region is advantageous.
