Fluent writing and speaking English, AESTHETIC FIELD IS A MUST.
Experience in aesthetics, customer service and Sales.
Report directly to the Operations Manager and receiving directives and tasks from her, daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Book appointments
- Hit monthly targets
- Correspond all the inquires through social media, WhatsApp, emails from submissions and incoming calls.
- Assisting/ greeting the patients upon arrival and leaving.
- Sale and cross-Sale
- Coordinate communication between patients, medical and administrative staff.
- Explain policies, procedures to patients using medical or administrative knowledge.
- Performed and monitoring opening and closing duties / tasks.
- Prepare daily reports to the team responsible
