Fluent writing and speaking English, AESTHETIC FIELD IS A MUST.

Experience in aesthetics, customer service and Sales.
Report directly to the Operations Manager and receiving directives and tasks from her, daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Book appointments
• Hit monthly targets
• Correspond all the inquires through social media, WhatsApp, emails from submissions and incoming calls.
• Assisting/ greeting the patients upon arrival and leaving.
• Sale and cross-Sale
• Coordinate communication between patients, medical and administrative staff.
• Explain policies, procedures to patients using medical or administrative knowledge.
• Performed and monitoring opening and closing duties / tasks.
• Prepare daily reports to the team responsible
