Healthcare Experience Mandatory

1. Receives and promptly resolves client inquiries concerning services, facilities, technology, health professional skills, events, organizational news and general health inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
2. Effectively executes inbound and outbound client communications with quality in accordance with standard call strategies and client expectations (talk time, hold time, etc).
3. Assumes ownership for inquiries made by the client until such time the issue is dispatched to another service entity e.g. administration, nursing, insurance departments.
4. Utilizes a client relationship management system to document client interaction including resolutions and required follow-up.
5. Keeps up-to-date and proficient on new product and service enhancements and changes via in-house training, seminars, documentation, etc. and actively participates in training programs designed to enhance service skills.
6. Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate in his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required, updates patients on insurance approvals status, addresses all inquiries sent vial mail and online appointment requests.
6. Answers telephone calls in a clear, calm and professional manner. Screens calls by urgency and routes calls promptly, accurately, and professionally to appropriate party.
7. Makes, cancels and reschedules patient appointments maintaining appointment schedule according to Clinic procedures.
8. Shows flexibility in working hours and duties. Maintains regular and consistent attendance at work. Attains the service level set by the Call Center Manager.
9. Performs other duties as requested by Call Center Manager to facilitate the smooth and effective operations of the hospital.

Qualification: Highschool diploma or equivalent
Core Competences: Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
