Leading team to achieve project objectives and effectively manage the project operations, all operational activities of the project paying special attention to The Customer complaints, satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
Ensuring that all patrol personnel are assigned to a patrol area and that they understand their duties and responsibilities.
Ensuring that patrol personnel remain in their assigned patrols areas.
Being aware of all applicable departmental instructions, procedures, and policies that affect the proper performance of duty.
Ensuring the safe and proper operation of all assigned patrol vehicles.
Acting as a roving patrol, particularly in places or areas frequented by large numbers of personnel or trouble spots
Recording and managing security issues and escalating where necessary.
Monitoring operational progress and performance.
Liaises with, and updates progress to, Project Security Manager and The Customer Security Representative.
Being aware of all applicable departmental orders, procedures, and policies affecting proper duty performance.
Requirements:
Professional appearance and attitude
Must have a proactive attitude and be a strong team player
High school certificate or equivalent
Needs to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Patrolling Supervisor,
License Type: ASSD License with Security Supervisor.
Must have Valid UAE Driving License Minimum 1 year Old
