Pharmacist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at HatchFit Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

1. Medication Dispensing:
   • Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
   • Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and precautions.
2. Patient Consultation:
   • Offer professional advice to patients on the proper use of medications and potential drug interactions.
   • Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the clinic to optimize patient care and outcomes.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
   • Conduct regular audits to track expiration dates and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay abreast of local and national pharmacy regulations and standards.
   • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to the practice of pharmacy.
5. Customer Service:
   • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
6. Health Education:
   • Contribute to patient education programs, promoting wellness and medication adherence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
2. Valid pharmacist license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
7. Previous experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
