As part of our services expansion plan, we require a “PLAY AREA ATTENDANT” to join our team in Dubai.
JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF JOB:
To supervise young children in a safe and secure environment. Devise and participate in children's fun activities. Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children's play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety.
· Supervising young children and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
· Should be engaging with kids at work.
· Happy and smiling nature.
· Stop children from attempting something that could be dangerous.
· Interacting with the children and participating with enthusiasm in their fun activities.
· Capable of taking on administrative tasks to deliver services.
· Escalating any risks/issues to the supervisor.
· Sharing any ideas /suggestions for increasing the footfall.
· Up-selling & suggestive selling.
Experience & Skill Requirements:
· Previous experience working with children aged 4 to 12 Years Kids.
· The ability to use Point of Sale (POS) software.
· English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
· (Attendant soft play area) Not Mandatory.
· Must be flexible to work in weekends/holidays and extend if needed.
Education & Training Requirements:
· Minimum high school certificate.
· Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible.
· Nature and length of previous experience: Must have previous experience interacting with children
