• Establish a network of reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable agreements.
• Oversee storekeepers' purchases across properties and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with key contacts to determine product and service needs, handle pre-qualification, negotiations, and contract preparation.
• Skills: Strong analytical, financial analysis, and Hotel Operations knowledge. Optimize OPEX and CAPEX budgets and expenses.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel & Catering field in UAE
• Must have UAE Driving License
