Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Program Manager (PM) to join our Digital & eCommerce Experience team. This critical role will help drive delivery excellence across our digital transformation initiatives.
Job Brief:
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management for UX/UI design ideally within digital experience design, eCommerce, or product teams.
• Strong background in managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross functional teams.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills; able to turn complex information into crisp executive-level narratives.
• Solid understanding of digital product delivery cycles (web and app) and agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a digital transformation or consumer-facing digital product environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and navigating in Figma.
• Background in eCommerce, travel, or related industries is a bonus.
