Job Description

As a Digital Products Project Manager in the banking domain, you will be responsible for managing and delivering
projects related to the development and enhancement of digital products and services. You will collaborate with
various stakeholders, including product owners, technology teams, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful
project execution and achieve strategic objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks and issues, including monitoring and reporting on project progress and escalating

issues when necessary.

• Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital products.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project sponsors,
to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

• Ensure project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial reports, is accurate
and up to date.

• Communicate project progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
with project goals and timelines.

• Ensure a user-centric approach in the development and enhancement of digital products.

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure digital products meet established standards, and
regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance digital product.

Technical skills and other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus.

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (e.g.,
CSM, PMI-ACP) are desirable.

• Proven experience 5+ years in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services
industry, with a focus on digital products and services.

• Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project
management tools.

• Familiarity with emerging digital technologies, user experience (UX) principles, and digital marketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
