We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse construction projects and securing Dubai Municipality G+4 approvals and Trakhees . This role requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality G+4 regulations and secure necessary approvals. Knowledge of securing White Card, Green Card, and Orange Cards is a plus.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Supervise site inspections and quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and clients.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Utilize project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
PMP Certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in securing Dubai Municipality G+4 approvals.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
