Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or in any related field;
1-2 years of experience in a Primary Care facility in Abu Dhabi;
Knowledgeable of standards and legislations of DOH, JAWDA-TASNEEF, Insurance Companies, etc;
Experience in drafting policies and procedures and conducting compliance checks after implementation;
Attended official inspections/audits;
Able to create and measure KPI metrics and submit them to the applicable authority body;
Thoroughly check the Medical Records and assure that documentation standard is followed;
Available to join immediately.
