Welcome and greet patients.
Answer patient calls, emails, and questions.
Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions.
Discuss the cost of service, offers, and payment options with the patient.
Bill patients after their treatments, and rebook them for their next appointment
Make follow-up calls, and reach out for old patients.
Ensure compliance with the clinic's standards & regulatory requirements.
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
