Provides direct patient care to adult or pediatric patients in the home setting. To carry out clinical practice ensuring that high quality, current evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions, and evaluations for patients are provided from admission through to discharge.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree In Nursing
2years experience in Homecare setting or ICU experience
DHA Passer or with DHA Eligibility Certificate

Able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Self-Motivated
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
