Job Description:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, material proposals, and processing orders
- Manage tenders, monitor product availability, and coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and customer billing inquiries
- Streamline order management processes and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or tender management, preferably in the medical equipment field
- Resident of Abu Dhabi, preferably residing in Mussafah
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
