Security Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, overseeing the coordination of the response.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports.
• Manage security budgets and resources efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and security technology advancements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Relevant certifications in security management are a plus.

Salary and Benefits

• AED 5,000/- per month based on experience.
