We are seeking an experienced Security Guard Manager to lead our security team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within our organization, ensuring the safety and security of clients premises, assets, and personnel.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
Certifications: Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certificate and license card holder
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, including a proven track record in leading and managing security teams.
Experience in Dubai or the UAE is highly desirable.
Knowledge of UAE Laws and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of UAE security laws and regulations, including familiarity with SIRA guidelines and requirements.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, train, and manage security personnel effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of hindi & Arabic is an added advantage
Technical Skills: diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, Proficiency in security technologies and systems, including access control, surveillance systems, and incident reporting software.
Emergency Response: Competency in crisis management, emergency response procedures, and the ability to handle security incidents effectively.
Security Clearances: Must be able to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances.
Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and the ability to perform security duties effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick and sound decisions in security-related situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the security team, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, overseeing the coordination of the response.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports.
Manage security budgets and resources efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and security technology advancements.
