Sports Massage Therapist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sports massage therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sports massage techniques and be able to provide effective treatments to athletes of all levels. The sports massage therapist will be responsible for providing pre- and post-workout massages, as well as treating injuries and muscle soreness. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to communicate effectively with athletes and other members of the medical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-workout massages to athletes
• Treat injuries and muscle soreness
• Work with athletes to develop individualized massage plans
• Communicate effectively with athletes and other members of the medical staff
• Maintain a professional and confidential demeanor
• Keep up-to-date on the latest sports massage techniques

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in massage therapy
• Nationally certified sports massage therapist (NCSTM)
• 2+ years of experience working with athletes
• Strong understanding of sports massage techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and confidential demeanor
