2. ROLE PURPOSE

  • Take stock of inventory, manage the store layout, supervise staff and keeping records of sales.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recommends modifications, revisions, and improvements in facilities, procedures, and methods.
  • Orders, receives, and records the receipt and issuance of supplies, equipment, and products in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintains daily receiving and outgoing records.
  • Maintains the tagging and recording of new items.
  • Oversees physical inventories and maintains computerized inventory records.
  • Prepares items and materials for routine, bulk, and express mailings.
  • Stocks supplies and equipment in assigned storeroom/area.
  • Receive and verify items delivered by carriers and freight companies.

4. COMPETENCIES

  • Able to work in heights of 8 feet or above, climb ladders, work alone and self-directed.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to work effectively, establish, and maintain working relationships with a diverse population and function.
  • Cooperatively and productively as a member of a team.
  • Keep accurate receiving and sending inventory records.
  • Plan, lead, and organize the work of others and direct workflow for smooth and effective operation of the work unit.
  • Forecast supply needs of routine items.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in the same field.
  • Ability to work and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues.

6. WORKING HOURS

  • Working timing are to be as per work requirements.
