We are looking for a talented and creative Storyboard and Scripting Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating scripts and concepts into compelling visual narratives. Your work will play a critical role in pre-visualizing our projects and ensuring that the final product aligns with the creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with directors, writers, and creative teams to develop storyboards that bring scripts to life.
Create detailed and visually engaging storyboards that capture the narrative flow, camera angles, and key scenes.
Develop scripts with a strong understanding of pacing, dialogue, and visual storytelling.
Revise and adjust storyboards based on feedback from the creative team and clients.
Work closely with animators, editors, and other production staff to ensure the storyboards align with the final production.
Maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in storyboard software such as Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography.
Excellent drawing skills with the ability to create clear, dynamic, and expressive storyboards.
Ability to interpret scripts and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
Strong scriptwriting skills, including a solid grasp of structure, pacing, and dialogue.
Knowledge of animation and film production processes.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Storyboard Artist or Scriptwriter in the animation, film, or advertising industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing your storyboard and scripting work.
