Worldwide outbreak of COVID – 19 brought many challenges to the work force and the work culture everywhere. To mitigate the said challenges many reforms were done, and corrective measures applied which has aided in us being able to close the recruitment cycle quickly and efficiently. We have a strong communication link with both our candidates as well as the clients, we have also adopted the alternate sourcing method and have a through pre-screening procedure for the candidates so that only the best and tailored candidates are presented to our clients resulting in guaranteed selection and closing of post.
