The HVM Groups journey in business began in India, with the humble beginnings of a cattle farm and dairy business. Haji Vali Matliwala, the patriarch of the family, built a successful business by providing dairy products to the local community in the year 1950.
Haji Vali’s son, Haji Ibrahim Matliwala, moved to the UK in the 1970s and started his own frozen food business. He was successful in this business, and it allowed him to save up enough money to start buying and selling properties. Ibrahim was a shrewd businessman, and he quickly developed a reputation for being able to find undervalued properties and turn them into profitable investments.
In the early 1990s, Ibrahim partnered with his brother, Haji Ayub Matliwala, to start a property development company. The company quickly became one of the most successful property developers in the UK, and it has continued to grow and expand over the years.
Today, the Matliwala Bux family is one of the most respected business families in the UK. They have built a successful business that spans properties, fashion, oil & gas, and charity. Having ample experience and success in the property industry and real estate, HVM Properties was born.
