We are hiring for Account Manager (Client relations)
Requirements:
Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication
Gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, and challenges to tailor services or solutions accordingly
Overseeing client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction
Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
Providing clients with regular updates on project status and soliciting feedback to improve service delivery
Tracking account metrics and performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
Qualifications:
