The Arts Club Dubai, is hiring a dynamic and organized Assistant Events Manager who will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and coordinating the events diary for both private and Member’s events. This role will involve time in the office, as well as meeting clients for potential events, and therefore they will be expected to deliver the highest possible standards of service and contentment whilst following the brand image.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • at least 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or resort, within a similar role, preferably in Dubai,
  • a passion for luxury hospitality events with a flair of being able to sell,
  • strong negotiation skills,
  • the ability to build a strong rapport with potential clients,
  • fluency in English both spoken and written,
  • an eagerness to learn with a “ready to go“ attitude
  • the ability to be flexible with their hours (sometimes late evenings will be required depending on the event)
