Job Description
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with team members in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet team performance objectives and management expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Creates and realizes sales and marketing campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team
  • Proactively bring on board qualifying partners .

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Degree in Biotechnology or related life sciences discipline’
  • MBA will be an added advantage
  • Experience of more than 5 years in Leading a team.
  • Experience in Sales of Laboratory equipment, Diagnostic reagents, consumables in the UAE
  • Experience selling to Private Hospitals, Referral Laboratories, Government Healthcare sectors
