We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly skilled Staff Nurse / Laser Technician to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role requires proficiency in performing laser treatments and ensuring patient comfort throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will possess a DHA Practicing License as a Registered Nurse, along with a certified Laser Technician qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and perform safe and effective laser treatments for patients, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Provide pre-treatment consultations to patients, ensuring they understand the procedure, benefits, and any potential risks.
  • Monitor patients during and after laser treatments to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Manage patient records accurately, including treatment history, progress, and follow-up care.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of laser equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism at all times, addressing patient concerns and needs with empathy and expertise.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and provide guidance on how to achieve optimal results.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and the clinic management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic technologies and treatment methods.

Qualifications:

  • DHA Practicing License as a Registered Nurse (essential).
  • Certified Laser Technician qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience in performing laser treatments, preferably in an aesthetic or medical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laser safety and skin anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Compassionate, patient-centric approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of patient care.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage patient schedules and records efficiently.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or dermatology practice.
  • Knowledge of other aesthetic treatments, such as chemical peels or microneedling, is a plus.
  • Ability to handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
