To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check-out, inquiries, and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
Answer patients’ queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures from approval, follow-ups, rejection, and other insurance activities and payments.
Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay.
Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting.
Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms.
Schedule appointments for patients. Confirmation of appointments and cancellations.
Experience
Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales in the Healthcare industry
