Job Description

Main Responsibilities;

  • Greet and Receive patients and their escorts.
  • To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check-out, inquiries, and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
  • Answer patients’ queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures from approval, follow-ups, rejection, and other insurance activities and payments.
  • Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay.
  • Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting.
  • Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms.
  • Schedule appointments for patients. Confirmation of appointments and cancellations.

Experience

  • Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales in the Healthcare industry

Language

  • Proficient in English.
  • Arabic is preferable.
