Contract Duration: 6 Months
Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000
Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience and be skilled in analyzing, transforming, and reporting large datasets. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, automating reports, and providing actionable insights for business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptually/logically understand current business process, CRM and
Data Warehouse.
- Query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL in “SQL Server”
to extract meaningful insights.
- Perform timely and accurate data uploads, ensuring data quality,
consistency, and completeness.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data before
and after uploads.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure data
accuracy and integrity.
- Automate regular reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Extract large and unstructured datasets from multiple platforms, cleansing
the data to make it fit for purpose
- Manipulate and transform the data, categorizing it, and performing
statistical analysis and visualizing insight on complex trend analysis to the
business
- Ensure data is clean, organized, and ready for analysis by identifying and
resolving inconsistencies.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL (stored procedures).
- Advanced MS Excel skills, handling complex datasets.
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and wrangling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Experience with CRM systems and data warehouses is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
