The Data Governance Lead oversees the data management agenda, coordinates data related roles, promotes the value of data, and ensures compliance to the standards and policies
 
More than 10 years’ experience leading data management agenda, with proven know-how in leading major Data transformation programs
Preferred degree in business, information management, computer science, computer engineering or a related field
Possesses familiarity with Public Sector & Government Relationship Management
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation technique
Knowledge in agile methodologies and enterprise resource planning implementation
Proven working experience in Data Governance
DAMA, CMMI, DCAM certification holder
Strong knowledge in compliance mechanisms and tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Lead Data Management agenda including defining and maintaining the Data strategy
Conduct compliance and maturity assessments across data program, and define action plans based on the results obtained
Oversee the implementation of the different programs and projects
Own the overall Data Management execution, being the single point of accountability for data management delivery ensuring it is business-centric, outcome focused, and value driven
Approve and overlook the maintenance of the data catalog in collaboration with the Data Catalog team
Oversee and approve the overall data quality dashboards in collaboration with the Analytics Planning & Analytics Delivery
Identify, maintain, and overlook data related performance metrics
Revise and approve the standards and policies developed by the Standards and Compliance team
Ensure strategic alignment to overall business strategy, and manage the data team budgets and oversees delivery of initiatives accordingly
Oversee the delivery of large-scale transformation programs
Manage and mentor section leads, build and grow cross-functional team members while providing specific, timely, and constructive performance feedback
Foster a data-driven culture that facilitates collaboration and accelerate innovation.
