Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Ductman to join our team. The Ductman will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC duct systems.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install ductwork for HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect duct systems for proper functioning and diagnose any issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as plumbers, electricians, and general contractors.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
