  • Re-checking processed work orders.
  • Loading processed work orders online.
  • Releasing of Die-Cutting & Finishing plans daily basis with targets.
  • Reporting unachieved daily production targets
  • Coordination between Production & Sales to meet delivery requirements.
  • Proper updating & maintenance of Production Online Plan.
  • Proper utilization of all machinery.
  • Maximize the Production Optimization.
  • Coordinating with production supervisors regarding the production plan.
  • Follow up with support depts. for requirements (Availability of Die, Embossing / Hot Foiling Blocks / raw material / man power…etc).
  • Minimize production overtime while maximizing the output.
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly basis reports.
  • Full control of die-cutting & finishing plan
  • Monitoring of print plan & coordination with Print Manager.
  • 100% optimization of die-cutting & finishing machines.
  • Coordination with supervisors.
  • Strict Surveillance for deviations & discrepancies on daily plans.
  • Daily target for die-cutting & finishing.
  • Work study on reducing the make ready time.
  • Inquiry from supervisors for the loss of production, make ready time.
  • Delivery Dates
  • Provide delivery dates to sales dept. as per the fixed print plan.
  • Strict follow up for the given delivery dates.
  • Update sales dept. regarding any pending job as when it is required
  • Sending of Production load & delivery lead time daily to sales. Dept.

TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS

  • Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations
  • Reviews or assists in the review of planned workload and be able to supply necessary data to support assumptions.
  • Assists in controlling, organizing and monitoring with the flow of materials.
  • Assists the production planners in drawing up the master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
  • To look after the shipping dates and to ensure that the time table was met according to sales forecasts or customer perspective;
  • Reports to planning manager in all aspects of planning related concerns.
  • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements;
  • Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times;
  • Plans sequence of assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
  • Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects
  • Checks schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments, and monitor the quality of the product,
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification;
  • Allocating, distributing and checking work with available staff;
  • Improving processes and cost-efficiency;
  • Ensuring collaboration between different staff in different departments;
  • Recommending changes and improvements
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Analyzing of all Raw Materials / Auxiliary Material in house (board/ paper/varnish/Ink.etc).
  • Identifying the applications of each material.
  • Segregating all materials types in Fast Moving / Slow Moving and non-moving categories.
  • Highlight the Management about material shortages against the given forecast.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3yrs experience in Production / Material Planning or 5yrs supervisory experience in printing & packaging industry.
