We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive with a passion for e-commerce operations and online sales. The selected candidate will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, assisting in various e-commerce activities to ensure a successful online presence. Proficiency in English is crucial for effective communication in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Assist in managing and updating product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure inventory availability and update product stock levels.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Manage the order processing system, ensuring timely order fulfilment and delivery to customers. Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to optimize the order fulfilment process and resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Service and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to online orders. Work to resolve customer issues and provide a positive shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
PPC Ads Support:
Assist in the execution of PPC ads, campaigns and participate in deals on various marketplaces to drive traffic and sales. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse e-commerce data, including website traffic, sales trends, and customer behaviour, to generate reports and insights for the E-Commerce Manager. Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the e-commerce strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related role.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and collaborate with the team and customers.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, PPC ads, and online sales processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
