Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the education center, including scheduling, resource management, and student services.
  • Manage student enrollment and registration processes.
  • Collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of educational materials and resources.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain students.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about courses and programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budget management, and report generation.
  • Support students in their academic journey and address their concerns or needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in education administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of the education landscape in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
