Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local and national safety codes and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.
